Official, full stop. Waapleads is built directly on Meta's WhatsApp Business Cloud API using the credentials from your own connected account — never a browser-automation workaround that risks your number getting banned.
From your dashboard, add your Meta WhatsApp Business API credentials once. From that point on, every message you send through Waapleads goes out through your own account, billed directly by Meta.
Any message to a customer who hasn't messaged you in the last 24 hours has to be a pre-approved template — that's a WhatsApp rule, not a Waapleads one. You build the template in the dashboard, preview it as a live chat mockup, and Meta reviews it before it goes live. Inside that 24-hour window, you can reply with a free-form message instead.
Multi-screen forms — bookings, sign-ups, qualification questions — that open and get filled out entirely inside the WhatsApp chat itself, with the required end-to-end encryption key exchange handled for you. A completed Flow creates or updates a CRM lead automatically, with no manual re-entry.
