When you register, configure, and use Waapleads, we collect and store:

• Account Information: Name, business name, corporate email address, contact numbers, and billing details.
• Meta API Credentials: To enable direct WhatsApp messaging, we securely store your connected Meta WhatsApp Business Cloud API developer credentials and Graph API tokens. These tokens are encrypted at rest.
• Contact Records: Databases, contact profiles, email domains, labels, and pipeline stages that you import, create, or manage inside the CRM.
• Communication Timelines: Inbound and outbound message logs, activity records, notes, auto-replies, and AI chatbot conversational transcripts.
• Lead Metadata: Automated corporate profile details (industry, company size, etc.) resolved via domain queries to enrich your lead lists.

2. How We Use Your Information

We process your information solely to deliver our software utilities, including:

• Operating, maintaining, and updating your central CRM dashboard.
• Routing template broadcasts, keyword rules, chatbot prompts, and automated workflows directly to the Meta API.
• Resolving and auto-enriching your contact list profiles.
• Providing technical support, service alerts, and invoice updates.

3. Data Integrity and Sharing

We never sell, rent, or trade your contact databases or personal details.

Your contact data stays exclusively inside your isolated workspace. All database queries, template merges, and CRM activities execute within our infrastructure. Meta API requests are dispatched directly from your workspace to Meta's Cloud API endpoints.

4. Data Security

Your API credentials and Graph tokens are encrypted using industry-standard AES-256 encryption at rest. We implement multi-layered firewalls, access control protocols, and SSL/TLS transport encryptions to secure your database against unauthorized access.
