2. Processing Role (Data Processor vs. Data Controller)

When using Waapleads, you act as the Data Controller for all contacts and phone numbers imported into your CRM workspace. Waaptech Coders Software Private Limited acts as the Data Processor, handling and executing campaign logs, webhook responses, and message dispatches strictly according to your automated trigger configurations.

You are responsible for obtaining appropriate consent from your contacts prior to launching automated drip campaigns or broadcasts.
